🔄 Returns & Refund Policy

Because perfumes, attars and fragrance oils are personal-use products, we maintain the following return policy.

Returns

A return may be accepted if:

• The product received is damaged during transportation.
• The product is defective or has a manufacturing issue.
• The product received does not match the product ordered.

Customers should contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide:

2. Photographs of the package
3. Photographs of the product

5. A brief description of the problem

For damaged shipments, customers should retain the original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, we generally do not accept returns for:

• Products that have been opened or used.
• Perfume or attar bottles where the seal has been broken.
• Products returned because the customer does not personally like the fragrance.
• Products damaged after delivery through customer misuse or improper storage.
• Products purchased from unauthorised sellers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours.

After verification, Kaleman Perfumes may provide:

• A replacement product, or
• A refund, or
• Another appropriate resolution.

The final resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and availability of the product.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product or supporting evidence has been reviewed.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on the payment provider or bank, the refund may take additional working days to appear in the customer’s account.

International Returns
